Parade Participants,
The instructions for this year’s parade participants are as follows:
1. Report to the Edwards Ave entrance for Shaw School at 10:30 AM. Please use the Southwest Ave entrance to Edwards. Once you reach this location you will be placed in a staging area awaiting placement in the parade line up.
2. Just a reminder that staging is a bit of a lengthy process so please bring coffee, water, snacks etc. to make the experience more pleasant. Restrooms are provided.
3. If you are part of a float or performance participant who is being dropped off in the area the drop off point remains the same as for parade participants. Those persons dropping people off may continue on Edwards and may exit right on Elizabeth and the right on Marconi back out to Southwest.
